The Guardian Alert is the first and smallest cordless phone. And it works just like a cordless phone on any standard phone line with 911 service and tone dialing. Simply press the single button, programmed to dial 911 when pushed, and you’ll be instantly connected with a 911 operator. No call centers or monitor services sending the wrong emergency vehicle to your rescue. With the Guardian Alert you can talk directly to a 911 operator and give them your exact emergency information as well as confirm your location in your home or office.

You can comfortably wear your Guardian Alert around your neck, clipped onto your belt, on your wrist or in your pants or shirt pocket. While this emergency response system is not waterproof, it is durable enough to withstand being splashed with water. To avoid accidental activation, the call button is recessed and must be depressed for a minimum of ½ a second to activate. The Guardian Alert does not require charging, but uses a replaceable AAA alkaline battery (included) that lasts up to 1 year in standby or for up to 30 minutes of talk time.
