The Cricut Expression Machine is a portable craft and appliqué making machine that is a craft lover’s dream product! It cuts beautiful designs, letters, and numbers for any project you can think of. Just select your image, load your cutting medium (paper, fabric, etc.) and press CUT. Want to make note cards and unique invitations? The Cricut Expression will cut shapes from a mere .25 inch up to 23 ½ inches. Just plug it in, insert your chosen cartridge and paper and cut away. This machine will cut paper, fabric, card stock, vellum, iron-on patches, stenciling material, vinyl, magnet material, etc, up to .7 millimeters thick. With a change of the blade you can even cut chip boards and make your own rubber stamps.

Cricut comes with two cartridges. The Potpourri basket cartridge contains images from the best selling Cricut cartridges; the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge is a font based cartridge to customize all your projects. The cartridges have over 2000 to as much as 4500 images each. Cartridges from older models can be used on this new Cricut Expression machine. All cartridges come with a keypad overlay that makes them easy to use.
